All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of any postage costs, via preferred payment option as shown in Checkout.

Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card, using that days exchange rate.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 7 working days.
If a desired item appears sold out online or you can’t find what you are looking for online - please contact us as depending on the style we might able to process a special order for you.

SHIPPING
For accurate delivery it is crucial to supply both a physical delivery address and email address (Tracking and confirmation) at check out where someone will be available to receive your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. We recommend listing your work address.
Please note; We are unable to deliver to PO Box address.
